Jardin De Señorita Mountain Resort

JARDIN DE SEÑORITA

You will be in for a surprise once you visit Jardin De Señorita in Digos City. Despite the journey that we had, I would say it was still worth the visit.

The garden was almost forty kilometers from Digos City Eco Park and Arberotum, where we came from. For a first-timer like us, it was quite long and definitely not the most comfortable travel we had. To be fair, our motorcycle was not really the best vehicle for such a winding and hilly road; aside from the fact that the engine is not recommended for such a ride, it has been with us for almost a decade. If you plan to go there, a car is a much better option.

The weather was not the best at that time either; the sky was gray, the air was cold, and some roads were misty. Such experiences may not be for everyone, but we had so many similar experiences that it did not bother us that much. We kept in mind that these things are expected, and that's what makes the experience a lot more memorable. In fact, it made the ride tolerable; we didn't feel the uneasiness from the heat of the sun, the cold air felt very refreshing, and the mist added more beauty to the trees and mountains.

If it is your first time and for some reason you are in Digos City, we highly recommend this tourist attraction. No question, Jardin De Señorita is a picturesque and Instagram-worthy place. The mountains surrounding the garden, various richly colored flowers, and adorable structures are just some of the photo backdrops you can choose from. The vibrancy of the place would be more appreciated on a much brighter day; nonetheless, whenever you come here, it will still be a great experience.

If you are like me and are too afraid to be in front of the camera, you can enjoy a cup or two of drinks or a full meal in their restaurants after appreciating the beauty of nature. If you prefer to relish the moment longer, an overnight stay might just be right for you.
